Over the years, 7501 Hopkins Ave has been the home to hundreds of Maryland Phi Gams. Additions and improvements are a constant, and right now a complete refurbishment of the house is being planned. Plans are said to include a full kitchen, a 3rd story and and additional bedrooms. Currently 23 brothers are living in the house, distributed through 9 singles and 10 doubles.
